Financial literacy, budgeting, and strategic planning based on financial analysis will all be valuable skills for professionals looking to advance their careers.. This applies to anyone who aspires to rise to senior levels, even if they do not come from the Commerce stream.


The Tech literacy and Financial literacy should be supported by the appropriate Career Skills, such as Design Thinking, Project management, Emotional Intelligence, Team building skills and Remote Delegation skills, and Remote Collaboration skills.


Overall, the key to success in the Future of Work will be a strong combination of technical and soft skills, with a focus on adaptability and the ability to continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies. Investing in training and professional development will be crucial for both individuals and organizations looking to thrive in this rapidly changing digital landscape.
