What is the format of the training? Is it online or in-person?
These are Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), delivered through Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet. If in-person Instructor-led Trainings (ILT) are required, travel and stay costs of the Instructor will be an added cost.
Is the training interactive or is it just a lecture-based format?
The training is interactive and includes a combination of lectures, group discussions, verbal quizzes and hands-on exercises
Are there any prerequisites for the training? Do I need to have any prior knowledge or experience in finance or technology?
In all our LIteracy Programs, we start from scratch, and no prior knowledge or experience is required.
The Prerequisites for our professinal courses vary depending on the course. Some courses may have no prerequisites, while others may require elementary prior knowledge or skills.
What is the difference between your Professional Programs and your Literacy Programs?
The Literacy programs are for people who are new to the domain and topic. The Professional programs are for professionals who are already working in that domain.
How long is the training and how often does it take place?
The length of the training varies between 3 hours and 12 full days. The length depends on the specific course you are taking. Our short duration courses are run every week, while our longer duration courses take place every month.
Do you offer online tutoring to individuals?
Our model is to conduct corporate Training for batches of 20. For private individuals we need a minimum batch size of 5.
We are a non-profit and want to conduct these programs for the underprevileged learners in our geography

Will I receive a certificate of completion after finishing the training?
Yes, you will receive a digital certificate of completion after successfully finishing the training.
Is there any flexibility in terms of the training schedule? Can I request a customized training plan?
We do our best to accommodate requests for customized training plans, but availability may be limited. Please contact us to discuss your needs and we will do our best to accommodate you
Is there any support available after the training is completed?
We offer ongoing email-based support to all of our training participants for 7 days after completion of the training. We are also planning to provide access to a community forum and additional resources.
